Dragot School Renovation
A K-12 school in a small rural village, repainted and re-floored, with a playground added.

Dragot is a small rural village in Albania. The Dragot school serves K-12 grade students. The school was in poor disrepair. Children everywhere need a clean, warm place to learn and grow.
The Albanian Faith in Every Footsteps Foundation along with volunteers form the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints completed a renovation project in June 2023. The project included repainting most of the school inside, installing new ceramic classroom floors, repairing windows and doorways. Playground swings, titer-toters, basketball standard and soccer nets were an additional gift given. Fences were repainted and landscaping improvements updated the look of the school.
Many thanks to the awesome efforts of Justin Armenta, to all the church and community volunteers who also helped with this month-long project.
