Earthquake Relief — Durrës
Stoves, heaters, beds and kitchen supplies for families who lost their homes in the November 2019 earthquake.
The Albanian Faith Foundation helps families affected by the devastating earthquake in November of 2019 near Durrës. To date the Foundation has provided help to 15 families with the purchase of household items lost in the earthquake. Stoves, heaters, beds, kitchen and other essential supplies have been provided.
The project is ongoing – we seek to help as many families as possible to repair, rebuild or relocate their homes. Funds raised by the Albanian Faith Foundation are helping families in need. Help and assistance from volunteer leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints has been much appreciated.
The project is being overseen in Albania by Mirgen Hoxha, Albanian Faith Foundation Board Member and Erald Veliu, foundation administrator, both residents of Tiranë, Albania.
